How often are we grateful for all of ourselves? All of the magic that is us and our exquisite, unique experience in this lifetime?

I’m not known for my modesty – and can generally follow a compliment with “yeah, I know! isn’t that rad?!” – but that’s not to say that there’s a shallow aire of arrogance fronting my presence. I take full delight in this experience – the divinely human experience flowing through my energetic body – on a daily basis. My work is to cultivate my presence - to be love, light, grace in action – and to be centered in my own power as the sea of life sworls around me at varing speeds.

That is the momentous magic space that is us, that ignites from within, that shows up fully present in the fullness of self and touches and inspires others. This world is not for hiding. The creative source is infinitely generous  – but we must be open to all that is flowing towards us, through us. We must be still and know – and take part in that co-creative process. If we have resistance – we are blocked from that source and that magic. One must be mindful of all of the blocks that keep them from experiencing that infinite greatness of momentous presence – in their headspace, heartspace, and bodyspace.

To celebrate the body, my sans-turkey-day was a day of loveliness full of rooting-centering yoga, ceremonial singing bowls in the key of F (for the Heart chakra), chocolate truffles and full exposure of my body of work – the art of my body, in all it’s charged fleshy-ness, the canvas where my soul meets the world.

My dear (and severely talented) photographer-friend Peggy Dyer was the master of ceremonies. Her work is rich and deeply layered – and comes from a wellspring of love that aims to root each and every soul in their raw-rosy-flesh-body and bring out the truth of their true nature – that of love and light.  Because, we are not serving anyone in this world if we are not deeply in love with every part of ourselves.
