Consciousness rippling outward, from the depths of you

I was told a while ago by a cranial sacral practictioner of a particular line by Rudolf Steiner that went a little like this: ‘the purpose of life is the fulfillment of consciousness.’

I asked what that all entailed, since it seemed like a metric ton encapsulated in such a short string of words, and I was shown an image of 4 concentric circles (like the love.life.art.work logo). Each of the four circles or layers represented the ways in which the consciousness springing forth from our energy body interplays with the other layers of our life.

If you look at the diagram the centermost circle is you. The next layer out represents relationships. The next layer is your work. And the outermost layer is your play.

What is life but the dance of your beingness in all of these spheres? This is our life’s work, our art, our purpose and the priority in which our interactions ripple forth.
