Armed with my cuisinart, sorbet comes in a close second when I need to create something edibly amazing. Here are two flavors that are like ambrosia to the palattes of those you share them with.
Apricot-Honey-Ginger-Cinnamon Sorbet
15 apricots
1/2 cup honey
juice of 1 lime
pinch of salt
dash or two of cinnamon
small chunk of ginger.

Chocolate-Cacao-Doublemint-Coconut ice cream
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 cans full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 – 3/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
1/4 – 1/2 cup chocolate powder
1/4 – 1/2 cup honey
pinch of salt
1/4 cup (or less) of cacao nibs
